Who can play?
At least 4 entrants: individual players in singles, fixed pairs in doubles. Available disciplines: singles, doubles. Setup checks additional roster and court constraints before starting.
How it works
- Set seeds and review opening matches.
- Every match needs a winner. Resolve ties according to the selected scoring rules.
- Winners advance through the draw to the final.
A practical example
Sixteen entrants: eight opening matches, four quarterfinals, two semifinals and a final — fifteen matches to decide the main winner.
Scoring and time
Each match needs a winner to determine the next draw branch. Use the scoring options offered for this format; a bye is an automatic advance, not a played score. Review the expected match duration before booking courts.
Before you start
An incomplete draw creates byes. A bye is not a played win or a 6–0 score.
